Introducing the innovative Boost-A-Slide, a portable tool designed to streamline the process of opening undamaged sump slide/rod setups on round grain bins.
When initiating grain removal, sump slides often become stuck closed due to factors such as grain fines, dirt, friction, or the weight of the grain impacting slide movement. The Boost-A-Slide is specifically engineered to address these challenges effectively. With adjustable width and depth settings, this versatile tool accommodates various styles of rod/pipe bin sump controls, allowing for the outward pulling of the sump slide to achieve the desired grain flow. Simplify your grain bin operations with the convenience and reliability of the Boost-A-Slide.
Push/Pull Grain Scraper
Lightweight aluminum moldboard as a kit; handle NOT part of kit as the length (5′) is overlength and costly to ship, but uses commonly locally available thinwall rigid conduit which is available at electrical supply firms, big box stores, etc.; conduit slides over stub shaft on moldboard mount and requires one 5/16″ hole drilled to mount. SCRAPER is faster and easier to use to knock down excess grain into sumps and secondary cleanouts to install carry in sweep.
Slow Down Wheel Kit
This Innovative slow Down wheel end drive kit is designed to replace the existing rubber disc drive on your carry in grain sweep. This kit gives a 4 to 1 speed reduction using a solid rubber 10-inch tire.
Key features include:
- Robust Construction: Built with readily available components to simplify operation and maintenance.
- Enhanced Compatibility: KIT is specifically designed to fit only the 5″ diameter carry in ‘V’ back sweeps that use a 10 ” drive end pulley (these bins have an 8 ” pull out under floor sump auger) This is usually common with 27-to-42-foot grain bins that also have secondary floor sump clean outs for bin door access to carry in sweep.
- DESIGNED FOR SIMPLE INSTALLATION: This kit utilizes existing customer’s carry in sweep. For cleaner and faster operation, it is recommended to also equip sweep with Boost A Sweep.

Other Available components: Slip on Carry Hook for motor end to one hand carry / hold while using the other hand to swing pivot mount into bin sump mount. After setting, hook slips off for motor mounting.
